 Formulated electrical aspects of the execution plan for the entire project costing $150 million without major modifications  Designed the retrofitting to existing power distribution system to meet the project additional 35 MW power requirements, which enabled the costing to be estimated within 10% accuracy of final cost  Coordinated work shared among 4 different offices – clearly identified scope of deliverables and responsibility of each office, and ensured that all offices adhered to the same project standards  Managed the design and the coordination of work for 7 modular electrical rooms, which were on the schedule critical path – created specifications, and datasheets and ensured that all deliverables were completed on time  Designed heavy-duty, weather-proof, portable power centres for temporary construction work. The design provided flexibility where it could be deployed anywhere, used with different voltages, and daisy-chained to multiple power centres to avoid construction downtime  Selected as the “go to” person for project issues regarding client needs, corporate culture, as well as technical scope clarification for the project  Gave talks and PowerPoint presentations to different client groups to present the execution strategy, which provided the Client with different options and helped all stakeholders work together to choose best options  Mediated conflicts between team members, which resulted in resolution and new respect for each other
