Thank you for your patience while we investigated this issue. You were correct about the silkscreen 0 line width—we were able to reproduce the problem in the OrCAD 17 format. We’ve already updated the line width standard for the OrCAD format, and confirmed that the root cause was outdated conversion queues.

The models have now been re-cached for both OrCAD 16 and OrCAD 17, and the issue is resolved. You can download the updated models from the following link:
