Drill bottom layer
Hello.
I didn't found drilled trough holes on the bottom layer that ensure GND according the data sheet footprints. Can you update it please for QFN-40 5x5 mm package?

The chip you're looking at is a surface mounted part. It doesn't have through hole pins.

The DA14580-01AT part is a QFN-40 package, as Dragon said, it does not have through-hole pins. You can take a look at the datasheet here, please check page 156: https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/713/DA14580_DS_v3.1-1528193.pdf
