What about DipTrace?
DipTrace CAD it's a lot of more user-friendly and clearer than Eagle, powerful and intuitive. And half the price of Eagle and it has a complete free version. I think when people realize this, will change to DipTrace. And would be great if Snapeda would help us!

There is a workaround on the web that shows the procedure that allows Eagle elements to be imported into Diptrace.
