3D Model request is not available: AGN20012
I got the email saying the 3D part was ready:
"We're happy to inform you that the 3D model you've requested (AGN20012) is now available!"
When I follow the link and select the 3D model, it's not there.
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear that you're having trouble downloading the requested part. I have sent the 3D model to your email address as well.
We've also informed our engineers about this, and they are currently working on it.
